Meet Lourdes, Your Head Instructor!

Lourdes is a friendly, down-to-earth coach who loves helping people get healthier and feel their best. She believes that fitness should be fun and accessible to everyone.

With years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Coach, Pilates Instructor, and Group Fitness Instructor, Lourdes has helped many people lose weight, get stronger, and feel more confident. Lourdes is also a martial artist, and she brings the discipline and focus from her training into her classes.

Her approach is practical and supportive—she meets you where you are and helps you grow from there.

Do I need to be fit to join the classes?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to intermediates. Your instructor will help you adjust the exercises to suit your level, so you can feel comfortable and confident.

How often should I attend classes to see results?

We recommend attending at least 2-3 classes per week to start seeing noticeable results. Consistency is key, and our classes are designed to help you build and maintain a healthy fitness routine.

How do I book a class?

For a single class or casual booking, please use this link to be directed to our booking app. We use GymCatch for all our online class bookings. Simply choose the class you want to attend, and reserve your spot. If you're interested in registering for a term, term registration normally opens 4 weeks before the start of the term. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries.

What should I bring to class?

Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude! We provide all necessary equipment for our classes.
